When a project matches your skills and availability, we'll send you the brief, scope, deadline, and payout. Accept the projects you want and pass on the ones you don't.

We're looking for experienced designers with 5+ years of professional experience, a strong portfolio of original logo and identity work, excellent communication, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
All work must be original — no AI-generated logos, stock designs, templates, or recycled concepts. Apply below:
How much do designers earn?
Designers receive 65% of the order's total price (minus payment processing fees) for projects they complete, which includes upsells and add-ons. You'll always know the project scope and payout before deciding whether to accept it.
Am I required to accept projects?
No. When a project matches your skills and availability, we'll offer it to you. You're free to accept or decline without penalty.
How many projects will I receive?
Project availability will vary based on customer demand, your availability, and how well your skills match incoming projects. We don't guarantee a minimum amount of work.
Can I continue working with my own clients?
Absolutely. Good Optics designers are independent and free to work with their own clients or other companies. There is no exclusivity requirement.
Do I communicate directly with clients?
Yes. We believe that good design is downstream of good communication. Direct communication between designers and clients ensures the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
As a member of our design team, you'll be set up with an account on our private workspace where you can collaborate with your clients on assigned projects.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are issued via PayPal 30 days after project completion (net-30).
What happens if a client requests additional work?
Anything outside the package's original scope is treated as additional work. If additional design work is required, you'll be compensated for it separately and at the same pay rate of 65%.
Can I use AI, templates, or stock graphics?
No. All logo concepts created for Good Optics clients must be original work created specifically for the client. AI-generated logos, premade templates, recycled concepts, and stock logos aren't permitted.
