You can submit as many design requests as you'd like. Your plan determines how many projects we work on simultaneously. As projects are completed, we'll begin working on the next requests in your queue.

Designs for the following items are not included with any Good Optics plans:

• Website design
• UI design
• Animation
• 3D
• Video editing

To ensure that we can help with your specific design needs, we advise reaching out to book a call beforehand.

One active project is one defined design request, such as a flyer, business card, social media graphic, or brochure. Larger or more complex projects may be divided into multiple stages to keep turnaround times predictable.

You can request as many revisions as necessary to finalize a design, provided those revisions remain within the original project scope. A substantially different concept or deliverable may be treated as a new design request.

A Brand Profile represents one business or brand covered by your subscription. It includes the brand's logos, colors, fonts, guidelines, reference materials, and other assets our designers use to keep your projects consistent.

Each plan includes a set number of Brand Profiles. Design requests must be for a brand included in your subscription. If you need design work for multiple unrelated businesses or client brands, you'll need a plan that supports additional Brand Profiles.

Yes. If you need more or less design capacity, you can move to another plan.

Cancellation stops future renewal but service continues through the already-paid billing period. Projects after that date aren't completed unless another month is purchased.

Creative Consultations are scheduled calls with the design team for discussing upcoming projects, creative direction, brand consistency, campaigns, etc. Creative Consultations are optional and can be used at your discretion.

Yes, however, you will only be set up with one account on the Good Optics Workspace. As long as you are okay with sharing that account's credentials with your team then you free to let them submit requests and revisions.

Good Optics provides print-ready design files but does not include printing costs or print fulfillment. We work closely with various print-on-demand services though and will be happy to refer you to them if needed.
