Terms and Conditions

By purchasing logo design services from Good Optics Design Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any orders.

1. Payment and Work Commencement

Work on your logo design will not begin until payment is made in full. Good Optics Design Co requires upfront payment for all services, after which we will initiate the design process.

2. Timeframes and Work Hours

All timeframes provided for the completion of logo design services are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and exclude Sundays and US Federal Holidays. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

3. Right to Refuse Service

Good Optics Design Co reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior, inappropriate requests, or failure to comply with our terms.

4. Abuse Policy

We do not tolerate any form of abuse, harassment, or disrespectful communication. Any client engaging in such behavior will have their services terminated immediately without refund.

5. Email Communication

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have a functional email address that can accept emails from the “goodoptics.design” domain. If you do not receive communication from us, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure your email settings allow emails from this domain.

6. Revision Requests

Revision requests are limited to changes or modifications to the designs provided. They are not intended for the creation of entirely new designs. Revision requests are typically returned within one business day (excluding Sundays and US Federal Holidays). Additional requests or changes beyond the scope of the initial design will be subject to additional charges.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of releasing original design ideas and the time investment required for each project, Good Optics Design Co can only offer a 50% refund if a client is dissatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be made before any revisions are requested and must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. In the event of a refund, no ownership rights to the designs will be transferred. All sales are final after 14 days.

8. Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment and once the project is marked complete, the client will receive ownership rights to the final logo design they have selected. Ownership rights will only be transferred once payment is made in full. If multiple designs are presented, the client will only retain ownership of the design they choose. The excluded designs remain the property of Good Optics Design Co.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Good Optics Design Co reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
